This is what finish coordination looks like at its most demanding.

A freestanding marble tub, a dark veined slab feature wall with mirrors shaped and set into the stone, polished brass throughout, and a mosaic floor that had to reconcile every material in the room. Old Enfield pushed the craft at every turn. Executing a space this layered requires a level of trade coordination that never shows in the final photos. That’s exactly the point.

This is the Aqua Verde living room, and every inch of that built-in was coordinated to fit the space. The concealed media cabinet, the varied shelf depths, the proportions of each opening. None of it is accidental.

Logan’s Lane. Vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, limestone fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open to terraced stone arches outside. We built the interior and exterior to feel like one continuous space. The landscape doesn’t stop at the glass.

Northwood Project. Prepped and ready for stucco.

Structure rebuilt, systems in, exterior staged for finishes. A 100-year-old home getting another 100 years.

Matching 100-year-old stucco isn’t as simple as slapping new material on the wall.

Northwood Project. The original stucco had a heavy trowel finish that’s not standard anymore. We’re working with our plasterers to replicate the texture so the new sections blend seamlessly with what’s original. This is the kind of detail work that separates a gut renovation from a teardown and rebuild.

You can’t gather in a galley kitchen. So we changed it.

Hillview Estate kitchen framing update. We expanded the footprint to create enough space for an island. What was once a narrow pass-through will become a functional gathering space. The framing is up, the new layout is set, and the kitchen is getting the square footage it needs.
