Austin has been one of the hottest real estate markets in the U.S. for many years, and we certainly have an enormous amount of incredibly smart, talented agents to make things even more competitive.

At the time of this post, there are over 17,715 real estate agents who are members of the Austin Board of Realtors. Today, I woke up to an email being named in Austin’s Top 500, which means I am in the top 2.5% of all 17,715 licensed Austin Board of Realtors agents. This exclusive group will achieve 90% of ALL sales volume. Let that sink in for a moment. Who you work with matters.

Beyond the numbers, real estate has taught me so many wonderful things, including resilience, perseverance, creativity, and knowing truly anything is possible if you believe it for yourself. There has been one very tough personal journey in my life over the past 1-2 years with a large amount of uncertainty that still remains. It’s interesting to reflect on the relationships I’ve build throughout my real estate career, the different personalities with whom I’ve worked, and the various transaction hurdles that presented themselves, and realize that these were all part of the journey to better prepare me for life’s unexpected twists and turns.

So, thank you to everyone who continues to elevate the industry, and thank you to those who are on this rewarding ride of growth and perseverance.❤️
