She has seen firsthand how the city has matured and why it has become one the nation’s most desirable places to live. You could say real estate is in Amy’s DNA – beginning with her great-grandfather who bought and sold land in Austin when it was still a small town, to her grandfather who helped shape the Austin Board of Realtors, to her parents who are active real estate investors. It is her passion as well as her profession. In addition to negotiation and relationship management expertise, Amy brings years of sales and marketing experience to her clients. Her intuitive nature allows her to successfully match her client’s lifestyle desires and goals with the neighborhood and property. She is respected for her integrity, clear communication, and responsiveness. Amy has developed a reputation Having had several Austin area addresses, Amy brings clients invaluable local knowledge and first-hand experience living in various Central Austin locations, including Northwest Hills, Balcones Park, Westlake Hills, Rollingwood, and Tarrytown. Amy and her husband, Rollingwood native Jonathan Sims, can usually be found exploring a local farmer's market, enjoying a real food feast, or chasing their three children: Preston, Abigail, and Hallie.
