This market takes some serious endurance with high interest rates on mortgages remaining consistent, seller’s homes waiting weeks to go under contract, sometimes requiring a change of course to rent the home out or return to the market at another time.
But there’s one thing I’m still not seeing enough of—buyer’s with the willingness to ask for and negotiate the price they want for the home they want or need.
