If you’re planning to buy or sell real estate this year, let me spare you what I’ve been through and serve as your guide.

This market takes some serious endurance with high interest rates on mortgages remaining consistent, seller’s homes waiting weeks to go under contract, sometimes requiring a change of course to rent the home out or return to the market at another time.

But there’s one thing I’m still not seeing enough of—buyer’s with the willingness to ask for and negotiate the price they want for the home they want or need.

Who you hire as your buyer’s agent to advise you through the process makes the difference.

This is where I can help.

If you’ve been on the fence about buying, don’t count yourself out without giving yourself a real shot at going after what you want and looking at your options.

There is so much housing inventory to choose from and reasonable sellers open to reviewing offers for less and builders with incentives to lower your upfront costs.

But you have to decide to enter the market and make your offer.

I found this photo I took with Johnny Depp. Coincidentally, I also just finished handling some property management details for my long time client Estelita at her home.

I close my laptop and get up to leave when her husband Wilson and CPA walk in. Estelita introduces me to their CPA like this...

Starting a business takes courage, competence, capital, and most importantly, COMMUNITY.

Whether starting out, working to stay afloat, or soaring high, you need people you can trust and people who can put their trust in you to produce win-win, prosperous outcomes for the greater good of all.

I’m thankful for recently experiencing just that after partnering on some business deals with the Walsh family. Their trust in me and support of my business continues to break open the well of gratitude in my heart.
