Question: Investor appetites have changed significantly since rates started going up. What are you doing differently today to raise capital?

Answer: We are also offering preferred equity, which is in that two to four year range. You're going to get a stated rate of return. You're in and you're out. It's contractually in that with it's kind of a loan, but it is not the upside of the equity, but you're also getting an assurance of the amount of money you're going to make.
