🏡One thing I’m reminding my clients this Fall: the Austin real estate market can’t really be summed up by just one metric.
Buyers are still out there, and they’re being selective, taking their time, and paying close attention to value. Pending activity is telling us that there is still demand in the market.
For sellers, that makes strategy especially important right now. The homes that stand out aren’t necessarily the ones with the lowest price; they’re the ones that are positioned thoughtfully from the start. Pricing, presentation, competition, and the story a property tells—all of it matters.
So rather than asking, “How’s the Austin market?” I think the better question is, “What’s happening with homes like mine, in my neighborhood, right now?”
