Austin’s elite real estate experience
Dynamic. Driven. Devoted. Let’s connect To say her parents were frugal would be an understatement.
(1)

Chloe’s younger sister, Callie, and her grew up in a suburb of Houston called Missouri City- aka MoCity aka The Mo. Her dad is a loud Chinese man with an east Texas accent who loved dove hunting, playing softball and spending time with his daughters. Her sweet and patient mother raised them with her same creative spirit. In many ways, they had a Chinese upbringing- supportive but with tough love.

They would eat lunch on Saturdays at the all-you-can buffet where kids under 6 ate for free. She was “6 years old” till she was 10. Chloe dedicated fourteen years of her life to the sport of gymnastics and sacrificed a “normal” adolescence. The life of an elite gymnast is both mentally and physically demanding and requires the highest level of discipline and perseverance. She even attended a special charter school for four years so that she could spend more time in the gym. Her hard work paid off and she earned a college scholarship to a D1 university in California and was well on her way to becoming an Academic All-American her freshman year. Her dream was short-lived, however, when her dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and her mom contracted the West Nile Virus. Her dad lost his battle with cancer twelve weeks after being diagnosed and she did not return to gymnastics. At 19, Chloe saw and felt mortality and regret. She told herself she can either be a victim of these circumstances or she can be a survivor. If she’s going to survive this she’s going to get everything out of this life she possibly can and it will be 100% on her terms. She transferred to the University of Texas (her dad’s alma mater) where she kept herself busy with Texas Cheerleading and service organizations like Texas Sweethearts and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Chloe was fortunate to have earned academic scholarships but needed to work full time to pay for rent and food. She received her real estate license her junior year of college and was hooked from the very beginning. In many ways, real estate filled the void where gymnastics had once been. This new passion gave her the creative outlet, competitive drive and endless possibilities to learn and improve. She’s been selling real estate since 2009 and is grateful for the opportunities and people this career has brought into her life. In her free time, Chloe likes to go to concerts, traveling and binge watch tv shows. She likes to spend time with her dog-child Mia. She is passionate about mental and physical health and works out 5 times a week (okay, maybe 4…sometimes 3). She eats an average of 2 tacos/day (okay, more like 3…4…). She hates cooking but loves eating- She’s a steak and potatoes girl. She has an incredible group of friends who fill her life with laughter. Some of her favorite places she’s traveled are Thailand, Spain and Croatia. When she has the opportunity, she likes to scuba dive and ski. Instead of writing a bio of all her accomplishments Chloe wanted to share a glimpse of her life and a story that is still being written. Her life experiences have produced her grit, her inner drive to succeed and her sense of humor. She is an elite performer. She is a realtor, and she is also a friend, a daughter and a sister. You might see her around Austin with her windows down, seat leaned back and rap music blaring. That’s why her friends call her the Chiangsta!

DSCR loans qualify the property’s cash flow not the buyer’s income. This is great loan option for people who don’t qualify conventionally or want a conventional loan- like business owners, entrepreneurs and self- employed people.

DSCR lenders don’t require tax returns, income, employment history or DTI.

If you’ve been wanting to get into real estate investing but held back my traditional financing, comment DSCR and I’ll get you set up.

Unit 5108 is the kind of Austin property people wait for.

You’re minutes from downtown, but it doesn’t feel like it. Tree-lined views. Quiet interiors. A west-facing balcony that feels more boutique retreat than condo living.

That’s what makes BartonPlace so hard to replicate:
You get the energy of the city without sacrificing calm.

Walk to Zilker, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, your favorite coffee spot, dinner reservations, then come home to a building intentionally designed to feel insulated and private.

And from an investment perspective, this is one of the best value opportunities currently in BartonPlace.
What stands out most:
• First-floor convenience without losing privacy
• Floor-to-ceiling windows + peaceful greenery views
• Heated saltwater pool, rooftop terraces, fitness center, concierge, dog run + guest suite
• HOA covers electric, water, gas, insurance + amenities
• Low 1.89 tax rate
• Reserved parking near elevator
• New dishwasher (2025) + new air handler (2026)

This is what I call Lifestyle-Adjusted ROI.
A home that improves your day-to-day life and makes financial sense.

DM me “5108” for pricing, details, or a private showing. 🖤

Your home isn’t just where you live anymore.
It might be your next business strategy.

The rise of “front yard businesses” is going to change how we evaluate homes, neighborhoods, and long-term value in Austin.

What are some Front Yard Businesses that come to mind for you? Do you think it creates more community and creativity or more nuisance?

Comment “AUSTIN” for the link to my free 45-minute live webinar- this Friday May 8th at 3:30 cst

Austin is changing whether people like it or not.

Some people are excited about it. Some people miss the old Austin. Both can be true. But the reality is this city is becoming one of the most influential economic and cultural hubs in the country and the people who understand where it’s headed will have a massive advantage over the next decade.

Austin sits at the intersection of tech, capital, innovation, development, and migration. What happens here will impact generations.

This webinar is for anyone who lives in Austin, invests in Austin, wants to understand Austin better, or simply wants to be more informed about what’s happening in their city before it becomes unrecognizable.

I’m breaking down:
• the economic and development trends shaping Austin’s future
• where opportunity is being created
• the risks most people are ignoring
• tax and real estate strategies wealthy families use to stay wealthy
• creative financing strategies for entrepreneurs and unconventional earners
• how infrastructure, zoning, migration, and policy changes impact long-term wealth and quality of life

The people who benefit the most from changing cities are usually the people paying attention before everyone else does.

Whether you love where Austin is heading or hate it, understanding what’s happening matters.

The stand out meal was the chicken parm and pizza from St Pizza. I still dream about it!

Close to everything. Calm when you get home.

This BartonPlace condo sits in one of Austin's most sought-after locations — blocks from Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs, and the hike-and-bike trail — yet feels completely tucked away.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a private west-facing view of greenery, and the balcony is your reminder that while downtown is minutes away, home still feels like old Austin.

The building backs it up: heated saltwater pool, fitness center, rooftop terraces, grilling areas, dog run, owner's lounge, reservable guest suite, community garden, 24-hour concierge, and secure gated parking with a reserved spot near the elevator.
Inside: in-unit laundry, walk-in closet, new dishwasher (2025), upgraded air handler (2026), and a private balcony with dedicated storage.

HOA includes your electric, water, gas, insurance, concierge, and amenities, plus a low 1.89% tax rate.

Connected. Active. Peaceful. This is the Austin lifestyle, simplified.

Attention procrastinators 😅 your appraisal notice is probably sitting in your mailbox right now and it could cost you thousands if you ignore it 💌

You don’t need to hire a company or give up 40–50% of your savings.

I broke down exactly how to do it step by step. I also built you 4 Claude prompts using my substack guide to create a winning protest packet. They’re at the end 👀

Read the full guide on Substack. Link in bio.

Quick question:
Did your value go up this year?
Comment “up” or “down.” I’m curious.
