What is the best advice I could give to anyone purchasing a home?

Buy a home you can afford!
_
Often times purchases are made for validation. Usually true validation is preserved for the self aware and who are actually willing to live within their means. Not the other way around.

What neighborhood should we live in? The ONE YOU CAN AFFORD!

I’m passionate about helping people understand this!!! Sad how many people try to stretch themselves just to keep up with other people’s opinion of them.

I’m equally passionate about homes here in located in . It has everything most people need with a price point that most in can afford!!
_
One thing I LOVE about communities popping up all over, is the fact that they are all in a similar price point.
_
The focus is more about “what style of builder do you like” and “how far is your commute?” And less about “I want to get into this neighborhood to make myself look better even though I can’t afford it.”
_
Buy what you can afford! In the long run most people are actually MORE impressed with your lifestyle than the other way around.

It’s becoming my mission to get to realize this!!
