✨Just Sold in Killeen!✨

I was incredibly honored to help this VA client close on their new home this week! Always thankful when friends trust me with their family members. 🤍

This transaction was anything but easy and it probably tested every fiber of their being 🤪 but, they were patient and I was very persistent staying on top of the sellers agent so we could get this to the finish line. 💪🏼

The best part of this transaction was they got an incredible interest rate thanks to Jackson Roberts and Compass’ relationship with Rocket Mortgage. When you work with a Compass agent (ME!) and use a broker like Jackson who has access to their products, you get a lower rate that can’t be matched by other lenders, saving you thousands of dollars in the long run. The escrow officer who closed our file kept commenting on how low their rate was and she couldn’t believe it. 🤯

This beautiful home sent everyone on quite the journey! 😆

Receiving 10 offers within 1 weekend on the market, we fought hard to make my buyers the winning offer. In the end, we weren’t the highest. But, the listing agent knew me, and knew I’d be professional, easy to work with, and get this one to the finish line.

Once we got under contract, the completion of some repairs agreed upon before closing took longer than any of us expected. We had to push the closing date back 5X, but we finally made it! 🙌🏼

I am so ecstatic for my buyers and the memories they will make on this gorgeous 5 acre homestead for years to come. This property is truly a dream, with so much long term potential. 😍
