You can’t have Cinco de Mayo without a great spread. Try this 10-minute fresh mango salsa:

🥭 1 mango, diced
🍅 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
🌿 Handful of cilantro
🌶️ 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🧂 Pinch of salt
