One of our favorite studios is unexpectedly available. Robert DeNiro directed Matt Damon from the front yard. Sadly the movie (The Good Shepherd) didn't do great, and the footage was cut during production anyway, but it's neat anyway.

One of our largest and most unusual places comes available again April 1. We've had several folks scheduled to rent it, but each time their government employer ended up cancelling their trip. Happy to do the right thing and let them out of the lease full refund, which means it's now available again.
