Hey neighbors!
We have a very important Annual Meeting coming up this Thursday, where we will vote on the siding project and elect new board members. The meeting begins at 7pm, sign-in begins at 6:30pm, at Jerry Mac Clifton Center, 1519 Coronado Hills Drive.
(No meal provided this year, as we aren’t permitted to have it at this venue).

Dear neighbors:

As many of you know, the Board has been working on a long-term project to replace the siding on all the Villas buildings. As the next step in this, we have contracted Reconstruction Experts to survey the neighborhood. They have been measuring buildings and helping us develop a plan concerning materials and design. We will use the information they provide to make our decisions about the siding and hire a company for the work itself.

We'd like to invite all homeowners and residents to a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, June 25 at 7 PM at the Villas pool in order to hear about this process, ask questions of Reconstruction Experts, and provide input to help us make our decisions.

We hope this phase of the project will be complete this summer, so that we can start the process of re-siding this fall and provide a progress update at the annual meeting in October.

We hope to see you all on the 25th!
