kets several years in a row. That rolled into her real estate career and she quickly learned that investing in clients not only aided in selling homes faster, but for a higher net. When a home buyer enters a home they want to visualize that home as their own. I assist our home sellers in setting the stage for the new buyer by providing COMPLIMENTARY STAGING, that at minimum would cost the home seller $1500 out of pocket, which competing agents seldom invest in. Our professional stager reduces the stress of the home selling process by consulting with the home owner on the de-clutter process and then supplies the necessary inventory to set that stage. Often times before the staging process begins the home needs to be made ready. As a real estate investor myself, I have a vetted list of contractors that we personally work with on our investment homes to help the home owner make needed repairs at a reasonable price. Behind the scenes I concentrate on more pieces of the puzzle which include on-going market research staying up to date with the latest market values and movement, professional marketing secured by professional photographers, syndication to all major websites, ad spaces in multiple facets and much more. My motto is simple. “We do more, just ask our previous clients!”

Kelli is a graduate of Gonzales High School and holds a bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. In 2020 she was honored with being a part of the Coldwell Banker United Realtors Million Dollar club 9 out of the 12 months qualifying for the National Sales agent award. Kelli resides with her Husband Ross, a graduate of Westwood High School and Baylor University and 3 children in the Spicewood Balcones neighborhood where her kids attend Spicewood Elementary the same school her husband attended as a kid.
