I have 2 staging projects that I need help unstaging next week (4th -8th). I'm selling off my staging inventory and getting out of the business. So if you have any interest in starting staging yourself, this would be a great opportunity to come get a sense of the operation. (Pics below are the 2 houses that need unstaged and are included with all the furniture for sale.)

Selling all furniture for $25k (open to offers) I also have a Step Van used to transport my projects, and two 40' H.C shipping containers with industrial/custom shelving for all the inventory for sale, please inquire for pricing on the other non-funditure items.

Getting ready for riding... and buying season! New tires for the .motorcycles 1125cr. Mobile tire installer for the win! Also trying to get one last season out of my old riding boots, the heal separated. So, some and clamps for that repair. All ready to hit the hill country twisties and show clients houses. While working out Rally Ready I was able to go take these brand new Ford Bronco's for a rip in the mud. I was thoroughly impressed with its ability. Tried a few laps in in 2wd drive too that surprised me making it through the course. I did get briefly stuck while in 2wd, but more my driving than the vehicle's capability.

When it's too dang hot outside, bring your projects inside! Some planters for the rental. Likely putting cactus in them for low maintenance and addung a pop of color by using a complimentary colors. Like to say the expensive art degree tought me that, but learned that at my public middle school around the 7th or 8th grade. Haha

When you drop good money on new cabinets, better make sure your cabinet pulls/handles are installed by a professional....luckily I'm that professional. Most places charge $4 plus dollars per hole. Hollar if you need this services.
