INCREDIBLY SAD REVIEW OF SUNRIDGE MANAGEMENT

Your assistant gave me your business card, when I asked to go into my daughters (Loren Gutierrez)
apartment that I helped her move into (documented and witnessed) . Was trying to
get in to collect vital insurance and personal information when she was in a
coma and later passed away. Contact me please, her Mom, which declines my
documented calls and emails, does not mean she is obligated to her personal
belonging just because she was a contact (have copy of her death certificate,
she does not), to help distribute belongings even when I offer to pay your
assistant for my daughters rent before Loren passed away. Contact me by email to
document where her belonging were released to or send me you legal
representatives name to follow up. Guys, did not think materialist items were
important,but there are items that represent roots in our family and others.

2. You’ll love when you call the corporate office, SunRidge Management Group 4 times over a 7 day period and receive no calls back.

3. You’ll love having to call the property 3 times before being able to talk to them about the bill. You’ll also love walking that person through the entire conversation you had with them on your move out day and reminding them that you showed them the mildewed carpet and talked about the odor at that time. It’s awesome when the only response you get from her is “I wish I could do more for you.”
