I would be happy to assist them in making their vision come to life. Thank you for your trust & referrals which is greatly appreciated. He has been in the self employed real estate arena since 1993 when he started working as a model designer creating miniature replicas of cities. He has traveled to almost every major city in the US studying their design, architecture, and infrastructure. He worked with a team to propose new projects that would satisfy each cities needs for commercial, retail, residential, entertainment, sports, culture and social venues. From this, he joined a team of entrepreneurs where he was a theme designer for entertainment spaces in casinos and amusement parks. This highly designed field of work fueled his love for environments that not only create a particular feeling but rather a total experience. In January of 1998, Joey was called upon to relocate to Texas to work on a project for the Dallas area and has been in Austin ever since. He started working with Deborah Yates, Texas Broker as her assistant in 1999 and acquired his Texas Real Estate license on October 30, 2000. Together they created Urban Properties which focused on the niche market of listing “one of a kind” new home communities for builders & developers in the central Austin area. Together they have listed and sold 20 new home communities as well as many resale homes totaling over 1,000 transaction sides by 2008. On October 13, 2008, Joey acquired his Texas Broker’s license and co-brokered Urban Properties overseeing 23 real estate agents until he joined Keller Williams Lake Travis on December 1, 2011. Currently he is the listing coordinator for the number one individual Keller Williams agent in Texas - Amber Hart.
