Is buying a home still a good investment? 🤔

It’s a question I’ve been hearing a lot lately, and honestly, the answer depends on you. Your goals, your timeline, and your comfort level all play a role.

That said, the Austin market has shifted a bit:
➡️ Rates have eased into the mid-6% range (the lowest we’ve seen this year!)
➡️ Inventory is up, which means buyers have more choices and negotiating power
➡️ And remember, you can always refinance later if rates drop again

Even with market ups and downs, real estate continues to be one of the most reliable ways to build long-term wealth. But the “right time” isn’t just about stats, it’s about what makes sense for your life.

Georgetown is having a moment 💫

It’s one of those places that still has small-town charm but with more and more great restaurants, shops, and beautiful neighborhoods popping up. A few of my clients have made the move up there recently, and I can understand why.
