Temple and Belton showed steady movement, pointing to a more balanced pace rather than a slowdown. Overall, this week’s numbers suggest the market is adjusting—not stalling—with well-priced homes still moving.

This week’s numbers show a noticeable pickup across our Central Texas cities.
