2 weeks to prepare the house, one day on market and 13 offers. Sold at $15K over asking price..Yes the market is crazy but it's safe to say it's not a bubble but the supply scarcity . It's so hard to pick one party as Buyers when you have personal letter from other 8 Buyers to explain why they love the house so much. Nonetheless I love my Job..:-)
