The subject of an email I just received is
'Become a Premier Agent'. I posted the email's photo below.

So if I pay Zillow or Trulia then I become a Premier Agent - good to know!!

The other complaints I have with these sites is that they don't have the historical data that MLS maintains. So what do they base their Zestimate on? And their monthly payment estimator doesn't include property taxes or insurance - very deceptive IMHO.

I was one of the first Eco-Brokers in Austin 10 years ago. Very proud of that experience/wisdom. Watched the builders go green. Always on my mind.

Solar panels, however, can sink your ship if done the wrong way. A dear friend just recently is struggling with the down side of going solar. She will be okay because we will work this out together but you should call me before making any big decision about your house.

My goal is to be a friend/citizen/community member before I am a realtor.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Warren McEnulty of Papasan Properties. He brought buyers and an offer to one of my listings. During the entire process, from the offer to the closing, Warren was pleasant and communicated thoroughly. Several weeks into the transaction we ran into a difficulty that threatened the entire sale of the home. Above and beyond his normal duties, I can report that Warren negotiated on behalf of my clients with a third party to our contract and successfully saved my clients thousands of dollars!!
