This seller KNEW what she was doing when she remodeled her home in Pflugerville. I think this might be the most put together home I’ve listed all year. The upgrade list was so long I had to pick out the top 25 to keep it from reading like a novel.

The Builder repeatedly encouraged them to pull out of the contract, but they repeatedly refused and were willing to wait as long as they had to 😂

Before the yard police come for me not all of the houses have yards that small lol.

this particular floor plan is listed for sale for 344k, closing costs covered, and a rate buy down. They have homes in this community listed as low as 315k which is honestly a really solid deal.

Dang near cried when they started praying in front of the house 🥹
I had the pleasure of working with one of the absolute sweetest family I’ve ever met.
This buyer was DETERMINED to get into a Perry Home. She loved the builder but didn’t know exactly which neighborhood would fit her family. I visited every Perry neighborhood north of Austin to get videos of homes for her so we could narrow things down.
One day after sending videos she told me “that’s the one” I asked her if she wanted to see it and she said “no, we can see it another time, let’s move forward”. Sometimes, when you know, you know. She visited the home a few days later and she knew it was the right decision.
Today the entire family got to see it, and I know the joy in those kids faces made every sacrifice needed to buy a home worth it.
Now we just need to close ❤️🏡
