These are guesstimates based on Zillows mortgage calculator. If you’re seriously looking in the area shoot me a DM so I can get the exact incentives from the builder and add the proper tax rate. I’ve seen tax rates as low as 1.2 and as high as 2.9. Also, I didn’t mean to say deposit…. I meant to say down payment before anyone leaps in the comments 😂
