🏡✨ JUST SOLD! ✨🏡

What a journey this has been! ❤️

This wonderful family was referred to me by past clients, and from the very beginning, I knew helping them would be something special. While they were navigating the challenges of selling their home in Mississippi, they were also searching for the perfect place to call home here in Texas. Talk about double the stress! 😅

Because traveling back and forth wasn’t an option, they trusted me to be their eyes and ears throughout the process. From builder walkthroughs to inspections, I made sure every detail was carefully reviewed. I even brought along a trusted mutual friend for an extra set of eyes so we could advocate for them every step of the way. 🏠🔍

After the inspection, we had a list of items for the builder to address, and I’m happy to say they completed every single one! ✅👏

Honestly, it was a privilege to carry some of that burden for this family. With four kiddos 👧🧒👦👧 and two doggos 🐶🐶 at home, they had enough on their plate already. Seeing everything come together and knowing they can now settle into this beautiful 5 bedroom Meritage home makes it all worth it. ❤️

Just a REALTOR®, her emotional support corgi, and approximately 47 unread texts trying to survive spring market. Between showings, contracts, negotiations, and caffeine refills, sometimes you have to laugh a little and recharge your social battery. 🐶☕✨

Don’t worry, I’m not actually taking the day off! I’m still here helping clients buy, sell, invest, negotiate, problem solve, and probably answer emails at midnight. 😂

Motley, however, has officially declared today a “no meetings, only treats” kind of day.

🚨 Our Neighborhood School is At Risk!! 🚨

I’m speaking up for Windermere Elementary 🦅 in Pflugerville Independent School District — a B-rated school that’s currently on a proposed closure list.

The plan? Move students to a currently F-rated campus… and call it a solution. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That doesn’t sit right with me. And it shouldn’t sit right with our community either. 👎🏼

This isn’t just about numbers on a spreadsheet.
This is about our kids, our neighborhoods, and the long-term impact on our community. 🏫

As a REALTOR®, I advocate for my clients every day—but I will always advocate for my community too.

Today was a special closing for me. This wonderful family had already experienced their property expire twice with two different agents, and they were feeling discouraged and unsure what to do next.

Together we regrouped, made a plan, and focused on strategy, communication, and positioning the home the right way for the market 📈✨

Today we officially sold their home, and seeing the relief and excitement for their next chapter is exactly why I love what I do 💛
