“Jana was excellent!! Thank you.”
Well, I guess it’s official now… it’s in the MLS 😂

Last month, I had the opportunity to work with Julio on a transaction where I represented the buyer. I recently noticed the MLS had officially closed out and, for some reason, actually stopped to read the agent comments this time.

That little note absolutely made my day.

While I always advocate for my clients’ best interests, I also believe in being a good team player with the professionals on the other side of the transaction. Strong communication, mutual respect, and professionalism can make such a difference in getting everyone to the closing table.

It means even more when that recognition comes from another experienced professional who has been successful in this industry for many years.

And then, by coincidence, I got to see Julio again yesterday at the Tom Ferry event. 😊

Sunday morning miles check in at 8am ✅

Today’s goal was 3 hours on my feet outside, but I got a later start than planned, 6:10 AM instead of 5 AM, and needed to be back by 8.

So today became:

4.26 miles
531 ft elevation gain
1 hr 42 min on my feet

Not the full goal, but still a beautiful morning, solid hills, and good time outside.

I’ll make up the remaining time tomorrow. 💪

Training doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to keep moving forward.

She was SO excited getting ready.
Happy. Cheerful. Game-day ready. 😂

She loved the hat, the crowd, the characters, the planes flying over, and all the excitement before the game.

Then the actual football started…

About 30 minutes in, she was completely burned out. 😂

So we left.

Apparently the pregame experience was her favorite part. 😆

Still, her first UT football game with Mommy was a win in my book. 🧡🤘

Two closings today. Two completely different stories.

One is my own listing, helping a seller close their chapter in Texas as they move out of state.

The other is an out-of-state buyer moving into Texas, closing on their new home in Dripping Springs / Hill Country today. 🎉
This buyer originally came to me, but at the time, I was already at full capacity. It wasn’t because Dripping Springs was too far. I simply knew that if I personally took them on, I wanted to be able to give them the same level of attention and service I commit to every client.

So instead of stretching myself too thin, I connected them with a REALTOR® I trusted — Raegan — who could give them exactly what they needed.

Today, they closed. ❤️

I’m so happy for this family starting their new chapter in Texas, and so proud of Raagen for taking such great care of them throughout the process.
