I know it's tempting to type your address into Zillow and call it a day, but online estimates only tell part of the story. They don't know about your kitchen renovation, the new roof, the oversized lot, or how your home compares to others that have recently sold in your neighborhood.

Pricing a home is equal parts data and strategy. Price too high, and buyers may scroll right past your listing. Price too low without a plan, and you could leave money on the table.
