• The real estate market can be active year-round. In fact, selling during the off-seasons can sometimes result in less competition and more motivated buyers.
• Price competitively to sell at the highest and best price with least amount of time on the market
• While some sellers believe they can sell their home as-is, neglecting necessary updates or repairs can turn off buyers and lead to lower offers.
