Our Rolling Hills Reserve house is SO CLOSE to the finish line and we are excited to celebrate with our homeowners!! Appliance Day and a concrete pour for the driveway checked off the final to do list.

This custom home has been so fun to build and a different style than any we’ve shown thus far. What an honor to bring this to life for this family.

From plans on paper to full on living space!

This living room in one of our Lampasas custom homes came together with a brick fireplace, double doors leading out to the back patio, and plenty of natural light throughout the space.

The before and after is fun to see and the perfect example of executing on the planning process. Window placement, door locations, sightlines, and how the living room connects to the outdoor space all have to be thought through long before the finishes go in.
All these things may seem overwhelming to have to think through, but that’s why we love building custom. We love to help guide you through all the choices with our building expertise and save you from the dreaded decision fatigue. We’ll help you get from concept to completed home without feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own!

Out at Rolling Hills Reserve in Lampasas, Michael’s walking through a little detail we build into our homes here in the Hill Country. A dedicated shut-off for the outdoor hose bibs so when a freeze comes through, you’ve got control. It might seem like a small, simple feature, but trust us when we say it saves a lot of trouble later.
