Just Sold!
Some homes aren't just found. They're waited for. 🌿
This journey started with a phone call from a trusted friend — a referral I didn't take lightly. I had the honor of being interviewed alongside other agents for the chance to represent these incredible clients, and from day one, I understood exactly what was at stake. Their vision was specific, and it was beautiful: heritage oaks, over an acre, no backdoor neighbors, no highway noise, inside Austin city limits, south of the river, all under $650k. Something truly rare.
Six months. Sixty-nine homes. Each one close, but not quite right.
And then, on my client's birthday, a listing hit the market.
I knew the moment I saw it. 1.3 acres. A creek running through the property. Heritage oaks. Quiet. Private. Everything they had described to me months earlier, almost word for word.
We toured it on day two. Submitted an offer the same afternoon. Multiple offers on the table…and we won. 🏡
This is why I love what I do. Not every search is quick, and not every vision is easy to find. But when the right home exists and the timing finally aligns, there is nothing quite like that moment.
