Blackburn Communities creates world-class communities throughout the southern United States with offices in Oxford, Mississippi and Austin, Texas. It’s much more than bedrooms and backyards. It’s birthdays, lazy summer weekends, and family movie nights. Built with only the best materials by the most highly-skilled craftsmen, your new home is located near the conveniences that matter most. For growing families, that means outstanding schools, dining choices that please everyone’s palate, and proximity to major employers. For students, it means easy access to campus and coffee shops for late-night studies. And for seniors, it means community amenities and leisure options as well as excellent healthcare. We have extensive experience in development, construction, and management of outstanding communities. Our dedication to quality has been recognized with several awards, including the National Association of Home Builders Community of the Year. We’ve also received the Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality, the leading third party customer satisfaction survey company for home builders three times. This award is given only to home builders with a 90% recommendation rate from home buyers. What we enjoy most about what we do is the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help make people’s dreams come true.
