TEXAS GAS HAS TURNED OFF THE GAS TO THE PROPERTY DUE TO A GAS LINE LEAK AT THE METER.

Greenwood Towers is working with Texas Gas, the City and Brandt Companies (plumbers) to have this repaired ASAP.

Because the building heating, stoves, dryers and hot water are all powered by gas, these will NOT be working until this repairs has been made.

Starting tomorrow morning (THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH AT 8 AM) Brandt Companies will need access to ALL unites to turn the gas valves off at the wall behind the stoves PRIOR to any testing that the City and Texas Gas require. It is IMPERATIVE that someone be present at each unit to provide entry to Brandy Companies on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH. The plumbers will be working their way through the building so we are NOT able to provide an exact time of when they will make it to each unit.
