Congratulations to the sweet family I helped relocate from out of state. We were able to get them close to family; they purchased a home in the same beautiful community their relatives live in that offers such fun amenities!

After a quick discovery trip & a full day together, they went home, got their home listed and sold so they could call themselves official Texans sooner than later!

We were able to negotiate for some of their closing fees to be paid by the Seller & we offered a quick, smooth closing timeline. I always love a win-win transaction for all parties!

This Seller was recommended by a friend who I adore so it was important to help them relocate to their new home without a hitch! The home was flawless: golf course views, impeccable landscaping, 4 bed 4 bath, so well maintained and a primary bath closet you could spend all day in! The first run we had on the market was, well, full of the typical frustrations with having your home on the market for sale while still living in it - agents showing up late, or without much notice, locking doors, losing keys... annoyances to say the least! We took some time off market, reset our marketing plan and also started touring some new homes together so we can see the end goal. After careful consideration, we set the price at a more competitive number once we found their next home and we landed the PERFECT buyer for this property. The buyer's agent and I worked together to get everyone to the closing table; it was such a smooth and amicable transaction. Truly a win - win for all.

In this case, it took a second try in more ways than one but with patience, open communication & keeping our eyes on the prize (you'd have to see their new home to believe it!) we got to the finish line. I am so thankful to participate in the journey!
