Jaci Wells, a native Austinite, began her career path into the world of real estate in 2013 as an Education Counselor at one of the largest real estate schools in Texas, The Real Estate Business School (formally known as The Austin Institute of Real Estate). During her time at the school, Jaci quickly learned the ins and outs of the business, from how to obtain a real estate license to how to grow

a business after you are licensed. She took inspiration from something the school owner, Wayne Morgan, used to say: “There is more to real estate than getting a license, and your license guarantees you nothing.”

Jaci obtained her real estate license in 2014, and soon after, she became the school’s Office Manager. While performing this duty full time, she also began to work part time as an Apartment Locator. Because Jaci was born and raised in Austin, she was able to use her knowledge of the area to help several clients find great apartments, while continuing to expand her knowledge of Austin and the surrounding cities. With the help of the other agents and the owners of the school, Jaci quickly began to build her name and prepare for what she knew would be her biggest career move yet…

In 2016, Jaci joined Premiere Team Real Estate, after having been licensed for two years while managing the school and continuing to work part time as an agent. By working alongside a broker, Mike Cusimano, she began to expand her knowledge of leasing, buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Jaci now specializes in assisting small and first time investors. With multiple years’ experience in customer service and real estate, Jaci’s first priority is always her clients. She will work hard to represent you with integrity and ensure that you find the right new home or investment property, here in Central Texas. Today was another very special Closing Day! Congratulations to my great Highschool friend, Cameron, on the purchase of his first home! It took us quite sometime to find the right place and actually get our offer chosen (this market is crazy y’all!), but we did it! I’m so excited for you and your beautiful daughter and wish you both many happy years in your new home! 🏡❤️ 🔑

Wow, oh wow! I knew our Austin housing market (and everything else going on) is crazy right now, but hearing the actual numbers out loud during my training class with today made me research and realize just how much. 🤯

Did you know, there are less than 700 active listings under $300k in the Austin and surrounding areas for homes to purchase? Out of those, there are less than 400 homes that are considered single family residences (so not condos, townhomes, mobile homes, etc.). That is for our entire market under $300k!
What does this mean? This means that we are in a sellers’ market and buyers will have that much harder of a time finding something they can afford. Buyers will experience things like multiple offer situations, making offers above list price just to be considered, and even waiving their appraisal rights and having to come out of pocket more money. 💰
