Justin Rourke - Ascension Realty Group As an Austin-born native, I dove into a real estate career in early 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin.

After only two years of being an agent, I qualified and passed the exam to receive a Broker’s License. Over the years, I excelled at sales, contracts, and negotiations which I carried over when I formed Tower Property Management with long-time friend, John Martin. I carry a “Do-it-Right” the first time mantra that clients appreciate. I enjoy spending time with my family, training in the art of jiu jitsu, and playing disc golf.

Big congrats to these new homebuyers Matt and Tessa on closing their beautiful David Weekley in GT.

This was a shot in the dark that hit the bullseye. A lot of work was involved, pounding of pavement, and many gates had to open to make this happen. You never end up where you think you will from the start. These two were molded by the market and forged into property hunters.

Big congratulations to Sam on closing his first home! We toured multiple properties to make sure we hit every preference and ultimately landed on the one that felt right. From day one, we worked closely together to make sure we had a solid plan in place so he can truly make this home his own. With the right strategy, we navigated the process smoothly and got to the closing table successfully.
