Starting the year off right. My new team, Smart Austin Realty Group is helping people navigate this sellers market. We secured this investment property in Bastrop for our clients at a great price.

This is a model home, and the builder will office out of it for the next 18 months. Upon closing, my clients will have $1900 dollars a month, paid by the builder.

This market is crazy, so being aligned with realtors who think outside the box is 🔑
