I was recently interviewed by Luxury Home Magazine for The Wealth Wave, a look at how SpaceX, Apollo and Austin’s continued corporate growth could reshape the city’s luxury real estate market.

“All that money’s still tied up and it’s still on paper... but I definitely think it’s coming.”

And I’m already seeing signs of renewed momentum at the top of the market, with increased activity, competitive offers and high-end buyers beginning to move again.

To me, understanding Austin luxury real estate goes far beyond what’s currently listed or sold. It means watching the movement of wealth, business, lifestyle and people, and understanding how those forces may shape the market before they fully show up in the numbers.
