Over the last fifteen years, I have helped over 400 clients buy and sell homes. During that time, I also personally purchased and renovated at least a dozen homes. In the early ‘90s, my first investments were two duplexes in South Austin and a four-plex in El Paso. Those properties eventually helped me buy fixer-uppers in East Austin.That is when I started looking for contractors who could help me, and lenders who would finance these projects. Throughout the process, I made lots of mistakes, learned from my mentors and have shared my experience with my clients along the way. The result of my experience as a REALTOR®, real estate investor, and remodeler is that I can articulate information that adds value to each transaction and help clients achieve their real estate goals, efficiently. These skills have helped maintain my status as a top REALTOR® in Austin and trusted advisor to my clients. My transition from El Paso to Austin in 1998 has been a wondrous journey, not only geographically, but also culturally. I am so grateful for all this town has to offer. To show my gratitude, I have worked hard at becoming a member of good standing in the Austin community. The activities I find most rewarding, besides helping clients buy or sell their home, are my involvement with Habitat for Humanity and Foundation Communities. Helping build a home or providing housing for someone less fortunate is a powerful gesture. Volunteering service to the community allows me to give back.
