💯 Just Closed and I am Beyond Pumped 💯

This one… tested us. Multiple moving parts, a few unexpected turns, and moments where it could’ve gone sideways, but we stayed steady, kept a clear strategy, and got it across the finish line.

That’s the part of this job I take seriously: protecting my clients, solving problems quickly, and making sure no detail gets missed especially when it’s not the “easy” deal.

To my sellers, thank you for trusting me through all of it. I don’t take that lightly, and I’m so grateful we got this done together.

Grateful is an understatement… 🙏🏽

Top 10 in Austin and landed at #3 for Q1.

In a market that’s been anything but easy, this one means a lot. Every deal this quarter took strategy, patience, and a whole lot of problem-solving but that’s what I love about this business. We don’t just “sell homes”… we figure it out no matter what the market throws at us.

💯 Just Closed on this off-market East Side Gem 💯

This year’s already off to a hot start, and this deal is a perfect example of how a lot of the best homes never even hit the market. It’s all relationships, timing, and knowing how to move when the opportunity’s there.

But honestly, my favorite part of this one is the people. Just amazing humans. The kind you luckily get to call friends. I’m really grateful they trusted me to help guide them through this massive moment in their lives

Started the week with a hole in one… and now 2603 Rocking Yam is officially under contract. ⛳️🏡

Starting to think I should buy a lottery ticket.

But in all seriousness, homes like this don’t just go under contract by luck. The Austin luxury market takes strategy, timing, and a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure every detail is right and the right buyers see it.
