Happy Valentine’s Day baby!

Krista you are the LOVE of my life!!

The last 6 months have been the most incredible and romantic months of our lives and It is time we let our light shine ✨

Krista you are “The Answer” to my prayers and my muse. I love how much we inspire each other to grow effortlessly to new heights. Life with you is so beautiful. All Glory to God!

Can you believe today was supposed to be our very first date?
Do you remember back in August when you told me I needed to wait..
Well I tempted fate bc I was madly in love and I knew you were my soulmate

After a year of starving in the desert, my vision was clear
The love of my life Krista was finally here!

Can you imagine all of these priceless memories we would have forsaken,
if we had listened to societies poisonous advice on which path we should have taken?

But instead we checked in with our inner knowing, even though our hands were shaken.

Energized full of love and romance pouring from our cells like fountains
We sensed our love was worth climbing any mountain!

Because whether high or low I want you by my side, no matter where I go.

And where am I going?

I desire to create a life with you where the love is always flowing
Where the polarity is always growing
And where our appreciation for each other is always showing.

Baby our connection is out of this world electric ⚡️ and I promise to always keep it glowing!

I played my first pickleball tournament this weekend and it was awesome!! I love healthy competition, and playing sports. It brings something alive and me unlike anything else I love the pressure of the moment and rising above the challenge. Practicing and getting better at something you care about. And like many others I’m obsessed with pickleball!

I played the 4.0 doubles tournament with and we got the bronze medal!! we had a potential win at all, but we played really well together and next time we will! I also placed third place in the 3.5 men’s singles that same afternoon. I had to dig deep to find the energy to play another 6 to 8 games of singles but I did and it was well worth it. I was down 13 to 8 about to lose the medal but I said I’m not going to go out like this and I basically scored all the points in a row I needed until I won 16-14! I never give up and it won me a bronze medal 🥉.

and I had a blast playing some really good Pickleball this morning for 3.50 mixed doubles! She cracks me up and talk smack as well as she plays 😂😂.

Saturday in the hot heat I burned 5,000 calories, over 24,000 steps, and I had the walking equivalency of 26.1 miles according to my Oura ring. Although I am exhausted I can’t wait for my next tournament! More to come!!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY MOM !!

I was truly blessed to have the most loving, caring, beautiful, talented, intelligent and Christ loving Mother in the world! My siblings and I hit the lottery with having Debi as our mother! Cha Ching! 💰

Lucky for us mom was able to choose to stay home and raise us with so much love and attention.

I’ve always felt so deeply loved, encouraged and supported by her, and I am so grateful to have her in my life!

And I am so proud of all of the accomplishments. You keep racking up, including becoming an amazing transition coach, launching your transition podcast over a year ago, and being in International best seller!! What?! You never cease to amaze us!

Happy Mothers Day!! I love you Mom 🙏🏼 😘

I installed brand new zoysia grass in my backyard yesterday and I absolutely love it! I can finally walk barefoot and ground in my backyard and it not feel super painful in the rocky hill country lol. And I am enjoying my backyard so much more now. Sometimes it’s the little things!
