Home buyers: Interest rates have already started coming down recently, and today the federal reserves announced 65% chance of an additional 1/4 point reduction next month, and a 35% chance of the reduction actually being a 1/2 point! Now may be the right time for you to buy BEFORE further interest rate reductions which may cause possible price increases (supply and demand rule). More buyers ready to buy means more multiple offers. While I am not a finance professional, I believe within a month or 2 (because of these forecasted upcoming interest rate drops), sales prices will increase to above 2023 values.
