We got this home under contract 37 days on market with minimal showings. After the Buyers appraisal came in $10k under list price I went work submitting a Reconsideration of Value to the appraiser. To our luck, they came up in price allowing us to move forward to closing without additional price negotiations. 💌🔑

A lovely newer construction property in Bastrop is now officially SOLD! 🏡 🔑 💛

When these referral clients reached out, it was GO time. He had accepted a new job as Bastrop HS Head Football Coach and needed to relocate his family like yesterday, as his kids were already enrolled in new schools. I was able to secure them a furnished short term rental for a few months while we navigated their home search. After a few weeks of looking, we found ‘the one’ in their desired neighborhood and were able to get a long close to accommodate their STR.
Their grace and flexibility through a major move, new job, new town, and while managing multiple properties was such a humbling reminder of why I love helping clients with their real estate needs.
A major congratulations for this wonderful family and their new beginnings. Onwards and upwards!
