I've been looking over the latest MLS stats and see that this November, the median sale price of an ATX home was 27% higher than last year, YOY, at a whoppiong $573,650. The numbers are impressive, but they’re keeping with what I’ve seen on the market: the housing rush is levelling out, but Austin real estate remains strong!
