Congrats to my buyer, who I’ve been in contact with for the past couple of years. We have connected and looked at houses every time his lease has come up for renewal, and though we’ve found some gems in the past, the timing wasn’t right.

This year three weeks after having my baby girl, my client reached out with an address of a home, he wanted to see. I was able to get my team to help me out with the showing, and I helped him submit an offer the next day. We won in a multiple offer situation and I got my client $15k in seller paid closing costs to help him with his down payment as well as a 2/1 buy down for his interest rate.
