Cindy Greenwood, Greenwood Residential Group - SOCO Advisory Group Cindy Greenwood has been in business since 1997. Cindy Greenwood is a native Houstonian and moved to Austin in 1986.

She pursued her interest in residential real estate in 1991 and currently owns and operates Greenwood Residential Properties. Cindy is known throughout the community for her integrity, high energy and positive attitude. She has a strong referral base and is identified as an expert in luxury home and condominium sales. Aside from real estate, Cindy is passionate about the arts and education for the youth of Texas. She believes every student should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams and attend a college or university. One of her greatest accomplishments was relocating Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction to downtown Austin’s Bob Bullock State History Museum, in turn quadrupling the funds raised for the youth of Texas. She is the only female to ever chair this event. In addition to her rodeo expertise, Cindy provides her clients and friends with theatre critiques, guidance on buying the best cowboy boots, as well as tips to becoming a Fundraiser Extraordinaire.
