10 HOMES. A whole lot of keys. And apparently ZERO time to post about any of them 😂🔑

I definitely need to get better at keeping up with socials, because while I’ve been quiet on here… real estate has been anything but.

TEN homes have been making moves over the last few weeks, some officially SOLD and others UNDER CONTRACT 🏡🔥

And as exciting as it is to see all of these stacked up together, I’m even happier for the people behind them.

New homes. New chapters. Big moves. Happy sellers. Excited buyers. A lot of phone calls, paperwork, negotiating, problem solving, and finally… KEYS.

I’m incredibly grateful for every single client who trusted me to be part of their move. And to everyone who keeps sharing my name, and sending referrals my way.

I may be behind on posting… but we definitely haven’t been behind on getting deals done 😏

Two years ago, I started my real estate classes with absolutely no idea where this journey would take me. I just knew I needed a change. I needed to get away from the backbreaking work, build something better for my family, and create a life that gave me more time with the people who matter most.

I was scared and excited all at once. I didn’t have a huge sphere of influence or a long list of people waiting to work with me. I finished my classes and passed my test within 30 days, and just two weeks later, I closed my first deal where my clients offered cash.

From there, I went all in. Cold calling, passing out flyers, working weekends, sometimes doing 8 open houses in a single weekend. If there was an opportunity to get my name out there, learn, work, or meet someone new, I took it.

Just 9 months into real estate, I opened my own office and started The Valley Living Collective. Today, a little over a year later, that office has grown to nearly 50 agents.

It’s crazy to think how much can change when you decide you’re willing to work for the life you want.

None of this happens without the clients who trusted me, the people who referred me, the agents who took a chance on what we were building, my friends and family who supported me, and everyone who has been in my corner along the way.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and giving me the opportunity to build something bigger than I ever imagined.

I also just want to say thank you to Adam for his support and guidance along the way. None of this would be possible without you! I can’t wait to see where the next two years takes us.

First day of school for my boys. Proud dad moment for sure. Zoom in on what they want to be when they’re older!

Cayden wanting to be a Realtor and Cannon saying he wants to be “My Daddy” hits different. Knowing they look up to me and want to follow in my footsteps means more than I can put into words. I can’t wait to teach them everything I know, show them the ropes, and maybe one day watch them take over the real estate business dad built.

And I’m proud of Owen for having his own dream of owning a landscaping company and already putting in the work to make it happen. That’s all I could ever ask for.. find something you want and work for it.
