New project underway for Jerry Gerzen in Columbia, Missouri. This 30x48x12 build is going up strong and is going to offer plenty of usable space once it’s complete. Excited to see this one take shape as the crew keeps moving forward.

Final touches are going in at Freddy Spencer’s place, and you can really feel the difference. The little details are starting to tie everything together, and it’s beginning to feel less like a job site and more like home. Always a great stage to see a project reach.

This one is coming together nicely. Interior is fully lined with a downstairs kitchenette and bathroom, plus an upstairs room for overnight stays for the tow truck business.

We’re just waiting on the commercial doors, which will be installed in the coming days.

Another big step forward on Dylan Krigbaum’s 40x50 stick-framed build. The exterior is really coming together now, and those clean lines are starting to show off the scale of this space. It’s always fun seeing a project hit this stage when it finally starts to look like what it was meant to be. More progress coming soon as we keep pushing toward the finish.
