EXCITING NEWS! AVALON RECREATION AND AVALON FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNOUNCE 2023 SUMMER CONCERT SERIES AT SURFSIDE PARK

The Borough of Avalon and the Avalon Free Public Library are proud to announce the best summer concert series at the shore this year. Our "Thursdays at Surfside" concerts will be held outside at Surfside Park, 30th Street and the beach, at 7:00pm. There will be plenty of first-time appearances by acts like "The Best of the Eagles", "Frontiers", and "Gypsy". Avalon also welcomes back the world's best Bruce Springsteen tribute band, "The B Street Band", on July 6th (you may remember back 'in the day', they were known as Backstreets). Bring a beach chair or a blanket, and come see us in Avalon on Thursday evenings this summer!

AVALON BEGINS WORK NEXT WEEK ON 22ND STREET WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT

Please see this notice from the Borough's contractor, Perna Finnigan, Inc. regarding a major water service improvement project for the area west of the bridges on 22nd Street. Work is anticipated to begin February 13th. Thank you!
