Erica Kerr is originally from New Hope, Pennsylvania in Bucks County. She found her way to the Jersey Shore and currently resides in Avalon with her husband, Wesley Kerr, and their dog Max who is an English Springer Spaniel. She received a B.A. in Communications from Wake Forest University where she was also a top performer of the Women’s golf team, who are nationally recognized as one of the best programs in the United States. Upon graduating, she spent 5 years working in Private Wealth Management in the Philadelphia area. She decided to obtain her real estate license and join her husband, Wesley Kerr, full time in their family real estate business.
She brings 5 years of work experience with Ultra High Networth individuals, families, and entities to the business. She understands the complexities and planning that comes with purchasing/selling real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and providing white glove service to her clients. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying, selling or leasing a home by providing clear communication and updates along the way.
When she is not working, Erica enjoys playing golf with her friends, family, and clients. She currently sports a + 3 handicap and has multiple Club Championships at Merion Golf Club, a historic and prestigious club in Philadelphia. Erica also enjoys the off-season on the coastline, long walks on the beach with her dog, and locally traveling.
