Thank You for the gift of home—not just as a place of shelter, but as a sacred space where life, purpose, and provision meet. We are deeply grateful for the blessing of having a home from which we can work, create, build, and steward the businesses You have placed in our hands.

Thank You for every room that holds possibility, every table where ideas are born, every quiet corner where decisions are made, and every door that opens to new opportunities. Thank You for the comfort, security, and peace that allows us to dream, focus, and labor with purpose.

Lord, we recognize that this home is not simply ours—it is Yours. Most buyers don’t realize this…

There are limited funds available in places like Collier County and Lee County that can help cover down payment and closing costs—often with no monthly repayment. Example, Collier doesn’t keep funding open year-round. It moves in controlled release cycles:
Typical Pattern
Late Spring to Summer (May–August)
Primary funding release window

Occasionally a secondary release later in the year if funds remain
What Happens in Reality? Applications often fill within days (sometimes hours)
Once funds are reserved → the program effectively “closes”
Late applicants are pushed to a waitlist or next cycle

Translation: this is not something buyers can “decide later” if you want to take advantage of this program.

The catch?
These funds don’t wait. They open in cycles and are often gone in days.
The buyers who secure them aren’t lucky.
They’re prepared.
