Valentine’s Day feels a little extra special when you get to build a life and a business right here in the same town that brought your family together ❤️

Real estate has always been my passion — helping families find where their next chapter begins here in Ave Maria and across Southwest Florida. And if you’ve been around town, you probably know Ray too… he’s the guy keeping everyone rolling with Legacy Kart Werks.

What started as our own small-town love story turned into two local businesses built around the same goal: helping families feel at home here. Super Bowl Sunday… Southwest Florida style 🏈🌴

Around here we don’t shovel snow — we compare open houses before kickoff and argue over which team is bringing the championship home 😄 I’ll be honest… I’m leaning toward The New England Patriots, but in real estate just like football, it all comes down to strategy, timing, and knowing the field.
