I didn’t grow up around wealth. And definitely not in the U.S.
Yep, this is my story.
I grew up in Germany.
Money was careful.
Dreams were quiet.
Everything was earned slowly and held tightly.
👉At 23, I shifted to Miami.
Didn’t have a blueprint.
Didn’t even speak English fluently.
I started with custom kitchens and closets.
It was quiet work.
But personal.
And it taught me something:
When you build inside someone’s home,
you don’t just work for them.
You connect with them.
Over time, I started understanding the language.
Not just English,
The language of American trust.
I learned how people think here.
What they value.
How they like to be treated.
And slowly, people started coming back.
They referred me.
Brought their friends.
Said things like,
“Philip is your go to guy for this.”
Because I served them with love and trust,
they kept coming back to me.
That’s when a lovely customer approached me after a year and said
“You helped me build my space here in Miami…
Can you help me get a home in Dubai?”
I had never thought about it before.
But something about the question stayed with me.
Because I knew what he really meant.
He didn’t want just a property.
He wanted someone
+ who understood him
+ who could talk to him like a friend
+ someone from his world,
+ who could help him invest in a new one.
People don’t want to be “sold” homes abroad.
They want someone they already trust
to walk them through it, slowly, honestly, with care.
And I decided to make it happen for him.
I flew to Dubai.
Met the developers.
Verified the projects.
Picked a few that made real sense.
And presented them with full clarity.
He asked questions with a kind of joy I’ll never forget.
Because his dream, owning a home in Dubai,
was finally within reach, from right where he sat in the U.S.
He said it was the best investment he’d made.
He’d been hearing about Dubai’s booming real estate for 3 years…
but never had someone local to walk him through it and other agents don’t bother and just want to sell.
That day,
he invested with pride.
And I served with it.
That’s when I realized,
connection is what’s missing in this space.
And that’s what I decided to solve.

And honestly?
I love it.

or simply feels safe doing something big,
That’s everything to me.
