as been in the real estate business long before we moved to The United States, therefore we have mentors always ready to give us advice. We have had a fascination with the real estate since we can remember. For example, Anibal’s grandmother used to own a small apartment building in Miami. He remembers going to help his grandma when he was little to fix things in that building and getting to know the tenants and how they loved living there. From that day on he knew that he wanted to be involved in that business. In 2016 we decided to venture into flipping houses and partnered with one of our closest friends, who was a realtor. We loved every aspect of it, especially seeing the glow in the eyes of the buyers when they purchased one of our properties. Later, we decided to become real estate agents to help people find the right property, whether it be residential, commercial or an investment property. Having invested ourselves in real estate it has been extremely helpful to understand our clients. What they want, what their pain points are, and how to find the best deal for them always. Additionally, our experience in real estate business has allowed us to network with many different specialists such as mortgage brokers, title companies, lawyers, accountants, vendors, and many others. We only work with honest and hard-working professionals that are always ready to help. We have known each other for more than 10 years and have been happily married for 5 years.
